| BCIL has been building for the last 15 years, what is now the buzz word – Green Homes. Even today, as you read this page probably you do not realize what it means to have a green home because there is hardly anyone who can build such a Green Home for you. A Green Home is one of those exclusive spaces that you and your family enjoy; have all the luxuries of an urban living from a swimming pool to a cozy air conditioner; but you would ‘Live with a clearer conscience’. About 500 happy families across our 5 creations in Bangalore and Mysore can vouch for this. At BCIL, we take responsibility for transforming natural resources. So as beneficiaries of our homes and amenities a successful person need not feel guilty of consuming natural resources that hurt the planet. BCIL has built several communities since 1995 keeping sustainability as its core focus. Our communities have won several international awards for sustainability. BCIL continues to innovate in providing sustainable solutions that result in significant cost savings to the residents. We are not builders who proclaim on square feet sold but are ‘builder-technology’ company who ‘heal’ every square feet of land that we foster.
