On casting of sixth Floor Roof Slab 7.5%+External Electrification Charges
On Casting of Ninth Floor Roof Slab 5% +PLC if any applicable
On Casting of Eleventh Floor Roof Slab 5% + Power back up charges
On casting of Fourteenth Floor Roof Slab 5%+ Car parking charges
On Casting of Top Floor Roof slab 5%
On completion of Internal Plaster & flooring 5%
On offer of possession 5% +IFMS+Clubmembership+Lease Rent
